There’s no such thing as an agile contract

Today at Agile Slovenia conference I've delivered a talk that tried to debunk the myth that rigidity of contracts is preventing people from becoming agile and that there exists this "agile contract" unicorn which will magically solve all problems vendors have with their rigid customers. It was not an easy topic to cover, but I hope that I got the message through that contracts include learning of many generations and professions that is smart to retain, and that agile should not fight contracts but should embrace them, especially the agile elements present in contracts since forever.
