Work of programmers is conducted mostly in front of computers. Occasionally we discuss solutions in front of whiteboards. But very rarely we get the opportunity to conduct our work in nature. We have a great park just across our office and we have been thinking for quite some time how we could go to this nice park and do some work there instead of in the office. In the past two months, we have managed to organize our sprint planning meetings in such a way, that retrospectives come last and, since they don't require any equipment, we conducted the last few retrospectives under the shade of trees.
So, geeks of the northern hemisphere, find a way to do things out of the office. It's summer outside and it won't last long.
